We design experiences that turn a present audience into active participants.

Concept, participant journey, scenography, field activation and communication work together to create events that are clear to understand, meaningful to join and useful to the mission.

How we work

Experiences designed to involve people meaningfully.

A relevant event is not measured only by attendance. It should create an experience aligned with the mission, make exchange easier and produce a useful next step after the moment itself.

Best suited to

An organisation that wants to turn an event into genuine engagement.

This engagement is relevant for a public activation, participatory stand, institutional event or field campaign that needs to build understanding, participation and continuity after the encounter.

  • Design an activation in a public space
  • Create a community or institutional event
  • Turn a stand or field presence into a participatory experience
Typical format

From creative concept to deployment support.

As an indication, a concept sprint usually takes 2 to 4 weeks; a complete experience takes 6 to 12 weeks depending on production, partners and logistics. On-site support can be included in the engagement.

  • Framing of objectives, audiences and constraints
  • Design of the journey, content and field tools
  • Creative coordination, team preparation and evaluation
Key deliverables

An operational approach for before, during and after the event.

We can work on the entire experience or on one focused stage.

  • Creative concept and experience narrative
  • Participant journey and engagement mechanics
  • Scenography, content, signage and facilitation tools
  • Communication plan and field and digital materials
  • Data capture, follow-up and evaluation approach
At completion

An experience ready to produce and easy to deploy.

The organisation has a clear concept, participant journey, defined roles, practical tools and a follow-up framework that extends the relationship beyond the event.
